A great, comfortable and well equipped house to start our journey in Australia .  It made the whole process a lot easier.  Wonderful to have the swimming pool outside and a good, neat and spacious garden to sit out and relax in.

A very clean and comfortable house with everything we needed when arriving at 2.00am.  Good central location for all shops etc. Mike and Kay were excellent landlords and gave very accurate information regarding the property prior to us arriving, and of course the pool was wonderful.  Highly recommended.

 Renting Gradient Way, Beldon, WA 6027. 

When I decided to take up the offer of a four year working contract in Perth, Australia I thought I would sell off my home in the UK and move over lock stock and barrel. However I did not predict the vagaries of the UK housing market. In the event my house did not sell when expected and I was faced with the prospect of finding somewhere to rent, preferably fully furnished. As my wife was unable to accompany me for the first four months, finding a fully furnished rental was very important. I saw an advert for Perthfect Stays and followed it up on the internet. Mike and Kay were very helpful and answered all my queries, they even answered some questions I had forgotten to ask. On arrival we met at the house and they could not have been friendlier, showing me around the house and explaining how everything worked, keys, locks, washing machine etc. Mike had even got information about the bus and train travel into Perth. The integrated public transport system is excellent, getting into and out of Perth is a doddle. The house itself was spotlessly clean and really very fully furnished. Quite literally everything was provided. I moved right in and felt at home straight away. Mike and Kay supplied their mobile and home phone numbers and were always happy to help with any queries that I had, they even came round each Saturday and tidied the garden and checked out the pools condition. I spent six months at Gradient Way, it was an ideal way to get to know the area and settle in with no fuss, drama or hassle. It was with mixed feelings when I moved out into a house I had bought, I really enjoyed my stay in Gradient Way. Best of all was meeting Mike and Kay, they have become firm friends and we shall continue to stay in touch in the future. A good experience.

It is with thanks that we write this letter of reference after our family stayed at your rental property above. We stayed at your property in Perth for five weeks after our arrival from the UK.

We arranged our stay over the Internet and found this to be straight forward and well managed in all aspects including payment when we were in another country. On arrival at your property we found it to be very clean and tidy and well presented in all matters. The outside of the property was well maintained with the pool being well liked by our children. The location was as described, close to all public amenities and the beach.

We would also more personally like to thank you for the warmth, friendship and advice offered to us during our first few weeks in a new country which was much appreciated.
