Our properties are conveniently located in Perth’s northern suburbs only 5 minutes to pristine white sandy beaches on the beautiful Sunset Coast.  Only 5 minutes to the city of Joondalup and 25 minutes to the Perth city centre, close to amenities including schools, shops, parks, bus stop, train and easy access to the freeway. All properties are detached for your privacy and furnished to a good standard for your comfort.  Each house has lounge, dining area, outdoor entertainment area, swimming pool,  air conditioning, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen and garage. 

A regular pool and grass cutting service is included in the price.
